From the very beginning, we have offered an update service free-of-charge for all of our products and we were the first maker of telecommunication testers to do so. The customers can perform updates themselves – without needing to return the product – by using the update function in WINplus or directly with a USB memory stick: To update a product, simply select the appropriate device from the Download menu and transfer the software to the tester.
