Service has priority for us
Giving competent advice and comprehensive support to our customers –before and after the purchase of an ARGUS tester – is very important to us.
Our customer service is not limited to giving personal advice for the selection of the right product. Once the equipment is in use, the service continues as our staff provides assistance free-of-charge by telephone or e-mail. Outside of Germany, this service is provided by our international sales partners.
From the very beginning, we have offered an update service free-of-charge for all of our products, being the first manufacturer of telecommunication testers to do so. Customers can perform updates themselves by using the ARGUS Update Tool. The latest firmware version is available in the download area and can be transferred to the device using this update tool. The download area also includes complete user manuals in PDF format.
